By accessing or using sgvroofs.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

This Site is operated by SGV Roofs. SGV Roofs is a local roofing information and connection platform serving homeowners in the San Gabriel Valley. SGV Roofs is not a licensed roofing contractor and does not perform roofing inspections, repairs, replacements, or installations directly.

When you submit a request through this Site, SGV Roofs may connect you with one or more independent licensed roofing contractors serving your area. The contractor, not SGV Roofs, is responsible for any inspection, estimate, pricing, contract, permit, scheduling, repair, replacement, installation, or warranty.

SGV Roofs does not perform roofing work, does not enter into roofing contracts with homeowners, and does not control the work performed by any contractor we connect you with. Any agreement for roofing services is solely between you and the licensed roofing contractor.

SGV Roofs does not endorse, recommend, certify, or guarantee the work, qualifications, pricing, timeliness, or conduct of any contractor. You are responsible for evaluating any contractor before engaging them and for verifying their license, bonding, and insurance.

You agree that any information you submit through this Site is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are authorized to provide that information (including the phone number and address you list).

By submitting a form on this Site that requests a quote, inspection, or contact, you expressly consent to receive calls and SMS text messages from SGV Roofs and from the licensed roofing contractor(s) we connect you with, at the phone number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages, or HELP for help.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: (a) submit false or misleading information; (b) use the Site to harass any contractor or third party; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or related systems; or (d) use any automated tool to scrape or extract data from the Site.

The Site, including all text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by SGV Roofs or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any portion of the Site without our prior written permission.

The Site and the information it provides are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SGV Roofs makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, the information it contains, or any contractor connected through it, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Any inspection, repair, replacement, installation, or other roofing work performed by a contractor is at your sole risk. SGV Roofs is not responsible for the work performed by any contractor or for any disputes between you and a contractor.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SGV Roofs and its operators, owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any roofing work performed by a contractor we connected you with, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SGV Roofs and its operators, owners, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) information you submit through the Site, (b) your use of the Site, (c) your engagement of any contractor connected through the Site, or (d) your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
