Most online roofing forms work like this: you submit your information, it gets sold to five contractors, and your phone starts ringing within minutes. We don't operate that way. Here's exactly what happens when you reach out to SGV Roofs.
Step 1 — Submit Your Request
Tell us about your roof. Fill out the short form on our site or contact page with your name, the best phone number to reach you, your project type, and your property address. It takes about 60 seconds.
You don't need to know everything about your roof. Just give us what you have: leak, missing shingles, full replacement, insurance claim, second opinion, or just exploring options. We work with all of it.
Step 2 — We Review and Match
Every submission is reviewed before anything else happens. We look at your location, your project type, and which independent licensed contractors in our network actually serve your specific city and handle the type of work you need.
This is where most lead generation companies fail homeowners. They take your information and instantly auction it to whoever is paying that day, regardless of whether that contractor is the right fit, located near you, or even available. We don't do that. We match. We don't blast.
Step 3 — Connect With Local Pros
Once we have reviewed your request, we connect you with one to three independent licensed roofing contractors that serve your area. Not five, not ten. One to three, max.
The contractors we work with are local to the San Gabriel Valley, properly licensed, and vetted to handle the type of project you described. They're independent businesses. SGV Roofs doesn't perform roofing work directly.
Step 4 — Pros Reach Out, You Decide
The contractors we connect you with will reach out directly, usually within a few hours during business days, sometimes faster. They will set up a time to inspect your roof, walk you through what they see, and give you a quote.
You're under no obligation. If you don't like a contractor's quote, their approach, or their availability, you don't have to work with them. If none of them feel right, you can decline all of them. We don't push, follow up aggressively, or sell your information to other companies if you decide not to move forward.
What This Costs You
SGV Roofs is free for homeowners. You never pay us anything: not a connection fee, not a referral fee, nothing. The roofing contractors we work with cover the cost of our service because they value getting connected with serious homeowners over chasing cold, sold leads.
The price you pay for your roof comes directly from the contractor you choose to work with. We don't take a cut, add a markup, or charge anything on top of their estimate.
