About SGV Roofs

Built for homeowners. Serving the San Gabriel Valley.

The Lead Generation Industry Is Broken

If you have ever filled out a form online for a roof estimate, you already know what happens next. Within minutes, your phone starts ringing. Five different contractors. All calling about the same roof. Each of them paid for your "lead" and is now competing to close you before the others do.

That isn't how homeowners should find a contractor. And it isn't how good contractors should have to win business.

The biggest names in home services lead generation built their entire business model on selling your information to as many contractors as will pay for it. The more they sell it, the more money they make. Your phone ringing off the hook is a feature, not a bug.

Why We Built SGV Roofs

SGV Roofs was founded by an SGV operator who spent 19 years running a service business. Over those years, we watched the lead generation industry grow into what It's today: bidding wars, shared leads, fake reviews, pressure tactics, and homeowners getting blasted by contractors they never asked to hear from.

We knew there was a better way. So we built it.

What We Do Differently

SGV Roofs is a homeowner-first connection platform, not a lead-selling machine. When you submit a request through our site, we don't auction your information to the highest-paying contractor. We review your project, and if It's a fit, we connect you with one or more independent licensed roofing contractors that serve your specific area.

It's free for homeowners. You never pay us a dollar. The contractors we work with cover the cost of our service because they value getting connected with serious homeowners instead of chasing cold leads.

We focus on honest education. Roofing is one of the largest investments You'll make on your home, and most homeowners only do it once or twice in their lifetime. You deserve straight answers, not a sales pitch dressed up as advice.

We don't blast your information. We connect, we don't auction. The roofing companies we work with are local, licensed, and vetted to operate in the San Gabriel Valley.

Built Local. Serving Local.

The San Gabriel Valley has its own roofing realities: older Spanish tile, mid-century homes, post-war stucco, RSO and rent-control nuances on multifamily properties, and weather patterns that put real wear on roofs over the long term. Generic national roofing services don't understand any of that.

We do. SGV Roofs is built for the SGV: Temple City, Alhambra, Arcadia, Pasadena, San Gabriel, Monterey Park, Rosemead, El Monte, Covina, West Covina, and the surrounding cities.
